Living small has been getting bigger in the past decade. Ranging around 200 - 500 square feet, tiny homes & compact apartments provide self-sustainable living & an eco-friendly footprint. As the largest demographic of tiny home buyers, new millennial homeowners spend less money on housing and more time having fun!
In 2015, US households spent 24 billion dollars on games & the average American family owns at least 6 board games. All this fun time averages to about 4.5 hours of daily leisure time. Still, 76% of Americans say they don’t spend enough time with the family.
The average American home contains 300,000 items. With a tiny home comes the necessity to clear away clutter and make items that have multiple functions.
